Psalms
“O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our maker. For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. To day if ye will hear his voice,”
Psalms 95:6-7 KJV
There is nothing more beautiful then a call to worship. Our hearts should long to praise our King. If we are His people then let us fall on our faces before our God. Let our voices ring out with praise. After my cancer treatment I was left with a paralyzed vocal cord. This has affected my speech. Yet, I long to sing praises to my God. Often times the sounds that come out are off pitch and just plane weird. Some times hearing myself makes me cry. Yet, I know the day will come when I will sing with the angels. My voice will melodiously blend with the Heavenly chorus. Until that day I will praise my Lord with whatever voice He gives me.

So thankful for the thoughts you bring to us. I , too, am a cancer survivor and praise God for my life.
I pray for you, Elda and all your family every during my devotion time. Your mom is an old friend and has touched my life for 50 years thus her whole family has become special to me.
